ABOUT THE NETWORK

Picture

The Network is a labour of love, originally created in 2020 on the heels of the COVID-19 pandemic when access to services was thrown up in the air.

Our goal is to empower students to promote and maintain their mental health and well-being by: providing universal access to evidence-based mental health education, resources and tools, and increasing students' awareness of available supports.
We cater to postsecondary students across Canada, with resources specified based on province/territory where possible. Most importantly, everything we do is done "for students, by students" - everything you find on the Network is here because students told us they wanted it. Content is created by students wherever possible, and reviewed by Subject Matter Experts (e.g., mental health researchers, practitioners, clinicians, etc.) to ensure validity and psychological safety.

Our goal is to empower students to promote and maintain their mental health and well-being by: providing universal access to evidence-based mental health education, resources and tools, and increasing students' awareness of available supports.
