About the Network

The goal of the Student Mental Health Network (the Network) is to provide post-secondary students across Canada with a one-stop-shop location for reliable mental health education, tools, and resources to empower students to promote and maintain their well-being. Importantly, the Network was created using a "for-students-by students" approach, with students as active collaborators and content developers. Educational resources shared through the Network have been reviewed by subject matter experts to ensure that the content shared is reliable and accurate.
